China's 240-hour transit visa-free policy is an important policy implemented to facilitate the entry and exit of foreigners and promote international exchanges and cooperation. Its specific implementation rules cover many aspects:
Applicable countries: 55 countries in total, including 40 European countries (such as Austria, Belgium, Russia, the United Kingdom, etc.), 6 American countries (such as the United States, Canada, Brazil, etc.), 2 Oceania countries (Australia, New Zealand), and 7 Asian countries (South Korea, Japan, Singapore, Indonesia, etc.).
Applicable conditions: Citizens of relevant countries must hold valid international travel documents with a validity period of no less than 3 months; meet the entry conditions for traveling to a third country or region; hold a connecting ticket to a third country or region with a confirmed date and seat within 240 hours (including air tickets, ship tickets, train tickets, etc.), and fill out a temporary entry foreigner entry card and accept inquiries from the entry and exit border inspection authorities. The border inspection authorities will not issue temporary entry permits to persons whose passports and other travel documents are valid for less than 3 months, have a visa rejection stamp from the Chinese visa authority, have illegal entry and exit records within 5 years, and other bad records.
Visa-free stay period: Starting from 00:00 on the next day of entry, you can stay in the specified area for up to 240 hours (10 days). For example, if a passenger enters on January 1, 2025, the stay period will start from 00:00 on January 2, 2025, and you must leave the country from the specified port before 24:00 on January 11.
Applicable ports: 60 open ports in 24 provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities). Such as airport ports such as Beijing Capital International Airport, Shanghai Hongqiao International Airport, and Guangzhou Baiyun Airport; seaport ports such as Tianjin International Cruise Home Port, Shanghai Seaport Port (passenger transport), and Beihai Port Port (passenger transport); railway ports such as Beijing West Railway Station and Shanghai Railway Port. In addition to the 60 applicable ports, passengers entering from Guangzhou Baiyun Airport and other places can also leave the country from all open ports in Guangdong Province.
Stay activity area: Covers 24 provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) such as Beijing, Tianjin, and Hebei. Most provinces have a stay area within the administrative area of the province, and some provinces have specific range restrictions, such as Taiyuan and Datong in Shanxi Province; Harbin in Heilongjiang Province; Nanchang and Jingdezhen in Jiangxi Province. Transit visa-free passengers can travel across provinces within these areas.
Activities that can be engaged in: During the stay, you can engage in tourism, business, visits, family visits and other activities, but work, study, news interviews and other activities that require prior approval must still be approved by the visa.
Application process: Foreign passengers who meet the conditions shall apply to the port border inspection authority upon entry. Submit your valid international travel documents, a connecting ticket to a third country (region) with a confirmed date and seat within 240 hours. Some ports may also require a complete entry card and exit card (if necessary), hotel reservation confirmation, travel plan and other materials. The border inspection authority handles the transit procedures in accordance with the law. After review and approval, passengers can enter temporarily without a visa.
1️⃣Dandong: 🎫Check-in point: Weihao Market-Heshi Bird's Nest (Dandong Word Wall)-Zhonglian Hotel (overlooking the Yalu River)-Yalu River Broken Bridge-Anton Old Street 2️⃣Dandong-Ji'an: I heard that some routes are super difficult to walk, so we first went to the Hunjiang Turn with our navigation, and then continued to Ji'an~The whole journey was very easy to walk. Dandong was a little crazy when we just came out, but it was not far 3️⃣Ji'an: Arrived at night, went to Huoben Street first, 50 per person~ 🎫Check-in point: Ji'an Morning Market-Dajita Square-Lao Biekang (flooded when we went there)-Goguryeo Maru Mountain City-National Gate Food: Yinglan Pot-Boiled Pork, very delicious, just near Dajita Square~ 4️⃣Changbai Mountain West Slope: Changbai Mountain is very large, with southeast, northwest and northwest slopes. We chose the west slope where there are relatively few people. Tickets need to be booked in advance. We closed the mountain due to rain, so we chose to take the kids to dig ginseng and pick blueberries🫐, which was also a great experience. There is a Wanda Resort on the west slope, and the accommodation includes some entertainment activities. You can consider staying for a night to repair. 5️⃣ Yanbian: 🎫 Check-in point: Internet celebrity bullet screen wall-Korean Folk Village-Floating Market-West Market My hometown Qingdao is too close to South Korea, so I am not very interested here~ The streets are full of barbecues. Everyone can choose according to their own preferences. The price is high in the Northeast, but it is not outrageous. 6️⃣ Dongning: I originally planned to go to Vladivostok, so I went to Dongning. 🎫 Check-in point: Dongning Fortress~ 7️⃣ Suifenhe: ⭐City walk route → Rentou Building → Former Site of the Soviet Consulate → Suifenhe Museum → Former Site of the Orthodox Church → Memory of the Middle East Railway → Centennial Port→Dabailou ⭐Love Valley (although a bit earthy, the air is really good, 520 meters above sea level, quite interesting~) I like this city very much, very warm and loving, and there are many Russians~ full of exotic customs 8️⃣Hegang: I didn’t play, just passed by for a while, it’s closer to Yichun Deer Park from Hegang, and the barbecue in Hegang is more delicious~ 9️⃣Yichun: 🎫Check-in point: Jinshan Deer Park-Tangwang River Forest There are many forest parks in Yichun, just choose the ones you are interested in, you don’t have to go to every one~ 🔟Heihe: 🎫Check-in point: Mother Square-Heilongjiang Park Boundary Monument-Ma Zhanshan Memorial Hall- Memorial Hall of Overseas Chinese in Russia-Heihe Chamber of Commerce-Citizen Cultural Center-Aihui Tengchong Line Theme Park 🚘The RV camp in Heihe is very good, and many people come here to rest 11. Tahe: It is still a small county town that you pass by. After passing by, you continue to rush to Mohe~ There is a small camp in Tahe, which is also very good~ 12. Mohe: 🎫Check-in point: I didn’t go into the Mohe dance hall. The small county town of Mohe is very small. You can stroll around and see it. Many people come here to go to the Arctic Village. When I went there ten years ago, I didn’t need a ticket, so I didn’t go this time The recommended routes are basically one-day self-driving tours, not in-depth tours. The most beautiful scenery is on the road.
For the memory of Harbin, Ice and Snow World! It is said that this year's Ice and Snow World will reach 810,000 square meters, and the ice construction area will be 610,000 square meters, which will be the largest in history! ! ! The big slide has been fully upgraded from 8 slides to 14! I have been looking forward to it for a long time! Prepare the strategy in advance! Come and stay, friends! The park will open in late December Every day from 11:00 to 22:00 It is expected that the lights will be turned on from 16:00 to 16:30 It is recommended to enter the park from 12 to 2 o'clock, so that you can take pictures of the ice and snow world under the sun. After playing two projects, you can watch the sunset at around 4 o'clock🌄 🚇Transportation methods 1⃣️Metro Line 2, Exit 3 of Ice and Snow World Station 2⃣️Bus No. 88, 125, 119, 126 3⃣️Take a taxi to🚖, not far from the city Entertainment projects 🎡Snowflake Ferris Wheel (120m high, enjoy the scenery on both sides of the river) 🛝Extreme Speed Slide (the well-deserved queue king, 500m long slide, experience the thrill of extreme speed) 💃🏻Dream Stage (dance to the rhythm of MC Zuoyouge) In addition, there are ice bikes, snow rings, ice performances, etc., which are very lively 📸Share a few photo spots 1. Take a photo of the Ferris wheel at the ice sculpture (p3) 2. Take a photo of the slide from top to bottom 3. The ice sculpture in the center (p1, 2) 🧣🧤 Dressing suggestions The temperature in the park is several degrees lower than the temperature outside. Gloves, hats, earmuffs, cotton shoes, and cotton pants should be prepared to prevent frostbite! Wear sunglasses! The sun is bright and reflective, and your eyes can't open It is recommended to wear Thermal underwear + thermal liner + down jacket + windproof thermal pants + snow boots Prepare enough warm baby packs, both for the body and mobile phone ❗️Other tips Regarding warm clothing, because very warm clothing is needed, many people may not need it after playing back. It is recommended to buy it at the local clothing wholesale market. The price is cheap and the key is that it is very warm! For example, Toulong, Clothing City... Regarding food, you must try Northeast iron pot stew, barbecue, spicy hot pot, Russian food... The portion is very large! Affordable price! Taste It is not recommended to eat candied haws and popsicles outdoors, they are really hard to chew As for playing, make reservations for the slides and Ferris wheel at the Ice and Snow World! There are a lot of people! In addition to the Ice and Snow World, you can also check in at the Songhua River Ice Field, which is very photogenic. It is a 10-minute drive from the Ice and Snow World. Navigation 🧭 Beach Tribe Don't miss Harbin Pharmaceutical Factory No. 6, Sophia Cathedral, and Central Street Wish all friends a happy time in advance!!!
I was very impressed by Heihe City in Heilongjiang. It is not only a busy port city, but also has a long history. If you have a travel plan in Heilongjiang, you must arrange it. 😄. [❓What to do] 🔹The other side of Heilongjiang is the Russian city of Bu. The two cities are across the river, so there are many Russian tourists. 🔹The tour can be divided into two parts: the urban area and the ancient city of Aihui. The ancient city is 33 kilometers away from the urban area. 🔹If you arrange a 2-day itinerary, you can play all of them. You can also go to the Russian city of Bu on the other side. You need to apply for a visa at the Heihe port. . [👣Heihe 2-day tour] ⭕Day① 🔹Cultural Street Morning Market (6-9 o'clock) You must come and experience it. You can eat a lot for 10 yuan. There are also Russians visiting on weekends. 🔹The Memorial Hall of Overseas Chinese in Russia Heihe has a long history and there are many memorial halls of various sizes. You can get a stamp here . 🔹Mother Square After seeing the sculpture, walk 100 meters east, check in at the boundary marker, and eat soy ice cream🍦 . 🔹Heihe Chamber of Commerce (take a break at noon, don’t go empty-handed) The building is very distinctive, and there are many old objects inside . 🔹Aihui Tengchong China Population Geographical Boundary Park You can make up for the geography class here~ take photos and check in📸 . 🔹Daheihe Island Here is the tallest national flag in the country🇨🇳The flagpole is 56 meters high, very impressive! You can take a boat tour on the riverside, and you can see the "Arc de Triomphe" of Russia on the opposite side (very ironic🙄) If there was no Aihui Treaty, the other side of Heilongjiang would all belong to us‼ ️ . 🔹Epinduo It is a huge Russian food supermarket that can send express delivery. There are many things and the prices are more expensive than online😂It feels like it is full of tourists. It is quite interesting to visit . 🔹Youyi Road Night Market All kinds of roadside snacks, everything, there are tables and chairs to sit and eat, very fireworks ⭕Day② 🔹Aihui Ancient City 30 kilometers away from the city . 🔹Aihui History Exhibition Hall The signing place of the Sino-Russian Aihui Treaty, a national first-class museum. It is worth a visit for those who like history, and it is also suitable for middle school students to have a deeper understanding of this period of history and study hard to build the motherland✊🏻 . 🔹Zhiqing Museum There are many museums in Heihe, all of which are free . [🍛What to eat] When you come to Heihe, you must eat hungry meals. There are three more famous ones: 🔹Delok Russian Western Restaurant 🔹Amur Western Restaurant 🔹Lena Western Restaurant (the one we ate at) It tastes good and tastes different from what you eat in Beijing~ . [🏨Where to stay] 🔹It is better to live by the river, facing the Heilongjiang River, with a wide view and affordable prices . [👕Clothing] 🔹It has been almost 0 degrees at night since October~ 📍Heihe, a not-so-big port city, is really special. It's worth a visit~ There is also a self-driving guide from Yichun, Heilongjiang to Xiaoxing'anling on the homepage~ Welcome to check it out~🥰 If you have any questions👇🏻, please tell me in the comment section
The weather is getting cold ❄, and it's better to go out and be a special forces soldier than to stay at home wrapped in a blanket! The scenery 🖼️, the exercise 💪, the fun 🌟, and the delicious food 🥯 are all satisfying! Transportation: Metro 🚇: Get off at "Chenjiaci Station" on Line 1, and walk for 3 minutes. Taxi/self-drive 🚖: Set the destination as "Chenjiaci Temple", and drive to the parking lot of Liwan Sports Stadium or Kangwang Pavilion. Route: Chenjiaci Temple - Liwan Lake Park - Xiguan Great House - Yongqingfang - Shamian Island - Guangdong Museum of Foreign Trade - Jiangxi West Road - Sacred Heart Cathedral - Beijing Road Pedestrian Street - Dafo Temple Chenjiaci Temple is a well-preserved temple-style building with a large scale and a characteristic Lingnan-style roof sculpture 🗿, which is worth visiting. Liwan Lake Park has a strong Xiguan flavor 🌾, with bookstores 📚 and coffee shops ☕ that are very characteristic. The pavilions and corridors are very nostalgic. Xiguan Great House is like traveling back in time to ancient Xiguan ⏳, with furniture and scenery that have been restored to their original state. Yongqingfang has Bruce Lee's former residence 🏠, the Guangdong Opera Museum 🎭, and the Enning Road is known as the "most beautiful arcade street in Guangzhou" 🤩, with many cultural and creative shops. Shamian Island was once a concession to Britain and France, with Tiffany blue European-style villas, Starbucks ☕, McDonald's 🍔, White Swan Hotel 🏨, and the HSBC building. The Guangdong Museum of Foreign Trade is like a "small Bund", telling the story of the development of Guangdong's foreign trade since the Qing dynasty. Remember to book in advance 📲. Jiangxi West Road has the earliest "skyscraper" in China, the Nanfang Building, and the clever combination of European and Lingnan-style buildings like the Ai Group Hotel 🏤. The Sacred Heart Cathedral is modeled after the Notre Dame Cathedral in Paris 🏰, one of the few Gothic-style buildings with twin spires in China, and a great spot for taking photos 📸. Beijing Road is a comprehensive area of food, commerce, and ancient architecture, a historic and characteristic commercial street 🏪 that can be explored and enjoyed. Dafo Temple has a thousand-year history, and the scenery at night under the light is simply like a scene from a movie 🌟. Food: 1️⃣ Liwan Lake: Tang Liyuan and Panyu Restaurant for early tea 🍵, and Xiguan's Lingji. 2️⃣ Yongqingfang: Wu Caiji Noodle House 🍜, Enning Snow Ice Cream 🍦, Chen Tianji, and Ah Po's Beef Noodle Soup. 3️⃣ Beijing Road: There are many characteristic snacks that can be enjoyed while walking and exploring 💪.
