Guiyang City, abbreviated as "Zhu", also known as Forest City or Zhu City, is a prefecture-level city and provincial capital under the jurisdiction of Guizhou Province. Taiyuan City, abbreviated as "Bing", was called Jinyang in ancient times, and is also known as Bingzhou and Longcheng. It is located in the northern part of Zhejiang Province and the lower reaches of the Qiantang River.
